Many were expressing the out rage and disgust.
We received these pictures of the metal spikes early this morning. Surely this is a sinister attack at the homeless with no regards to fighting homelessness.This is a clearly a safety hazard, why of all the solutions you could implement to solve this issue you choose metal spikes sticking out the concrete.
