Terms and Conditions for Media Submission

Introduction
By submitting this form, you (“the Client”) agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern the submission and use of your media content, including but not limited to photographs, videos, and other creative works.

1. Grant of Rights
The Client grants BossesMadeMen (“the Company”) the right to use, modify, publish, distribute, and sell the submitted media for commercial purposes. This includes but is not limited to:

• Books
• Magazines
• DVDs
• Cartoons
• Video Games
• Other creative projects or products

2. Royalties and Payments
The Client is entitled to receive royalties and payments for any media content used in commercial products or sold. The details of royalties, including percentage and payment schedules, will be discussed and agreed upon separately, with records provided upon request.

3. Media Ownership
The Client retains ownership of the original media content but agrees to grant the Company a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-bearing license for the use of the media. The Company may modify or adapt the media as needed for creative purposes.

4. Client Responsibilities
The Client warrants that:

• The submitted media is their original work and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
• They have the authority to grant rights for the media’s commercial use.

5. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the submitted media that violates third-party rights or applicable laws.

6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement in writing. However, the Company retains the right to use any media already incorporated into commercial products or projects prior to termination.

7. Consent to Use
By submitting this form and agreeing to these terms, the Client consents to:

• Sharing their media content with the Company’s network and affiliates.
• The Company’s ability to promote, distribute, and sell media-based products commercially.

8. Agreement to Terms
The Client acknowledges that they have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by them. Submitting this form constitutes a legally binding agreement between the Client and the Company.
